The scrapbook contains photographs, programs, clippings, and correspondence, documenting Vassar's years as student and singer at the Fort Worth conservatory (1925-28), the Curtis Institute of Music (1928-34), and DePauw University (1934-35). A majority of Curtis programs contain recitals by other students and faculty. (Content list is included).

These 14 loose pages include snapshots of the Lake Placid Club quartet and choir (1930), Horatio Cornell and students at the Chautauqua Institute (Summer 1931), an outing with the Old Swedish Episcopal Church choir, Philadelphia to the Atlanta City beach, and students and faculty at the Curtis Institute of Music and surrounding areas (c. 1932-33). A list of identifications is included.
