Abstract
The collection contains programs of recitals and concerts attended by Oonk while a student at the Curtis Institute of Music, as well as a program of Monday Musicales (1916) and a brochure of the National Youth Administration Symphony Orchestra of Philadelphia (1941).

Biographical / Historical
Mildred Jensen Oonk studied viola at the Curtis Institute of Music under Louis Bailly and Max Aronoff in 1936-37. She went on to get her bachelor’s at Grinnell College and played with the Nashville Symphony Orchestra.
