Biography
A native of Pennsylvania, Oscar attended Curtis from 1926-1933 studying the double bass with Carl Torello. Oscar was originally a private student of Carl's and was accepted to Curtis without an audition. He finished his education in 1933 and was awarded a diploma with the first graduating class in 1934.
